¡AVISO IMPORTANTE!

Por disposición de la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores, a partir del 26 de noviembre de 2024 entrará en vigor un nuevo procedimiento para solicitar cita con el fin de obtener una visa para viajar a México.

El sistema MiConsulado (https://citas.sre.gob.mx/) continuará operando como lo ha hecho hasta el momento. Sin embargo, mensualmente se anunciarán convocatorias para solicitar citas mediante correo electrónico.

La primera convocatoria estará abierta el viernes 27 de diciembre, únicamente de las 10:00 a las 13:00 hrs., este Consulado General recibirá mediante correo electrónico, a la dirección consultavisagun@sre.gob.mx solicitudes extraordinarias que, por su especial urgencia, deban ser atendidas en un plazo no mayor a 30 días naturales. Dichas solicitudes deberán estar relacionadas con:

a. Búsqueda e identificación de personas desaparecidas;

b. Identificación y recuperación de restos humanos;

c. Ayuda en casos de desastres naturales;

d. Apersonamiento en procedimientos judiciales en México;

e. Atención médica de la persona solicitante, dependientes económicos, cónyuge, concubina o concubinario o figura equivalente o familiares de primer grado;

f. Motivos académicos;

g. Unidad familiar, que cuente con Número Único de Trámite (NUT) emitido por la Secretaría de Gobernación (SEGOB);

h. Ofertas laborales;

i. Solicitudes gubernamentales o de alguna institución, con el propósito de fortalecer las relaciones con México, fomentando lazos de cooperación, amistad y respeto internacionales;

j. Cualquier otro motivo que justifique claramente la urgencia de agendar una cita en un plazo no mayor a 30 días naturales

Si usted se encuentra en alguna de las situaciones antes enlistadas, le pedimos que antes de dirigir su correo electrónico, solicite cita a través del sistema MiConsulado. En caso de no lograr obtener cita mediante la plataforma, por favor envíe un correo electrónico a la mencionada dirección, con las siguientes características:

En el rubro “Asunto” deberá indicar la letra que sea acorde a su situación y su nombre. Por ejemplo, si usted tiene necesidad de viajar a México a causa del fallecimiento de uno de sus familiares, deberá indicar en el rubro “Asunto” de su correo:

Asunto: Solicitud de cita b LI, WEI

Si usted tiene un NUT, deberá indicar en el rubro “Asunto” de su correo:

Asunto: Solicitud de cita h 10/07/2024 LI, WEI

(En el ejemplo anterior, el dato 10/07/2024 corresponde a la fecha de autorización de la visa por oferta de empleo. En la imagen siguiente se resalta en amarillo el dato que le pedimos incluir en el Asunto de su correo)

En el correo deberá enviar la siguiente información (en inlgés o español, como texto en el correo, NO como imagen ni archivo adjunto):

En el correo electrónico deberá adjuntar:

1. Copia de su pasaporte, con al menos 6 meses de vigencia a partir de la fecha en que tenga previsto viajar a México

2. Captura de pantalla sobre la imposibilidad de agendar la cita a través del sistema MiConsulado, indicando la fecha del más reciente intento por obtenerla. En la siguiente imagen se puede ver un ejemplo.

3. Documento probatorio de la urgencia de obtener cita en un plazo no mayor a 30 días naturales, a partir de la fecha de envío del correo electrónico

Solicitudes de agencias intermediarias no serán atendidas. El trámite es personal, y cada interesado/a deberá solicitar cita por sí mismo/a. Le pedimos enviar únicamente un correo electrónico por solicitud. En aquellos casos en que se advierta duplicidad de solicitudes o de direcciones de correo electrónico, no se agendará cita.

Únicamente en los siguientes casos se podrá solicitar cita para más de una persona por correo:

1. En el caso de viajes de negocios / visas de trabajo, la solicitud de cita podrá ser enviada desde una cuenta de correo electrónico oficial de la empresa o institución en la que laboran las personas solicitantes (en el caso de grupos, un representante de la empresa podrá enviar un solo correo electrónico con la información de varios solicitantes).

2. En el caso de personas de la misma familia (cónyuge, padres y/o hijos de la persona promovente) que cuenten con NUT, el correo podrá ser enviado desde la cuenta de alguna de las personas con NUT, con la información de varios solicitantes.

Información adicional

Solo se confirmarán aquellas solicitudes de cita que cumplan con las indicaciones antes expuestas y que se encuentren dentro del cupo máximo de citas, establecido por disposición de la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores.

Si usted no recibe un correo electrónico de confirmación de cita, eso significa que su solicitud no fue exitosa y deberá intentar nuevamente obtenerla a través del sistema MiConsulado, o bien mediante correo electrónico una vez que el Consulado General anuncie a través de Weixin (mexicocanton) y Weibo (@墨西哥驻广州总领事馆) una nueva convocatoria para agendar citas extraordinarias.

Una vez confirmadas las citas, no habrá cambios de fecha u hora. Si usted no puede asistir en la fecha y el horario establecidos, deberá realizar una nueva solicitud.

En caso de que su motivo de viaje corresponda a alguno de los incisos a/b/c/d/e/i/j, y el motivo surja en el periodo de tiempo comprendido entre dos convocatorias de citas extraordinarias, excepcionalmente podrá enviar correo electrónico en cualquier momento a la dirección consultavisagun@sre.gob.mx, explicando detalladamente su situación y adjuntando la documentación comprobatoria correspondiente.

Las solicitudes relacionadas con motivos de viaje correspondientes a los incisos f/g/h se atenderán únicamente durante los lapsos de tiempo en que se encuentren abiertas las convocatorias para agendar citas extraordinarias.

La solicitud de cita para entrevista (tanto a través del sistema MiConsulado como mediante correo electrónico) es completamente gratuita y se debe tramitar de manera personal. No acepte intermediarios ni incurra en pagos adicionales al que realizará directamente en el consulado el día de su cita.

El Consulado General de México en Guangzhou únicamente atiende a solicitantes que puedan demostrar que su lugar de residencia se ubica en alguna de las siguientes provincias: Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan y Hainan, así como la región autónoma de Guangxi-Zhuang.

Las personas residentes en otras provincias o regiones deberán dirigirse a la oficina que les corresponda (Embajada de México en Beijing o Consulado General de México en Shanghái). Para nacionales no chinos, la residencia se comprueba por el lugar de emisión del permiso de residencia chino estampado en su pasaporte.

根据墨西哥外交部的规定，自 2024 年 11 月 26 日起，申请赴墨西哥签证的新预约程序将开始生效。

MiConsulado 系统（https://citas.sre.gob.mx ）将继续运行。然而，我馆每月将发布通过电子邮件进行特殊预约的通知。

第一次预约将于 12 月 27日（星期五） 10:00 至 13:00进行，总领事馆将通过电子邮件：consultavisagun@sre.gob.mx 接收因特别紧急且必须在不超过 30 个自然日内处理的特殊申请。这些申请必须涉及：

j. 任何其他明确说明急需在不超过 30 个自然日的期限内安排预约的理由。

如果您属于上述任何一种情况，请务必在发送电子邮件之前，通过 MiConsulado 系统申请预约。如果您无法通过该平台获得预约，请向上述地址发送一封电子邮件，邮件内容如下：

在 “主题 ”栏中，请注明符合您情况的对应字母以及您的姓名。例如，如果您因家人去世而需要前往墨西哥，则应在电子邮件的 “主题 ”栏中注明：

（以护照姓名登记为LI, WEI的申请人为例）

主题：：签证申请类型b LI, WEI

如果您持有 NUT，则必须在电子邮件主题栏中注明：

(在上述示例中，10/07/2024 对应的是获得工作签证授权的日期。下图用黄色标出了我们要求您在电子邮件主题中包含的信息）

在电子邮件正文中，您必须发送以下信息（用英文或西班牙语填写，以邮件正文文本形式，而非图片或附件形式）：

3. 自您发送电子邮件之日起 30 个自然日内急需获得预约的证明文件。

来自中介机构的申请将不予受理。此预约手续为个人申请，每个申请人必须自行申请预约。对于每个申请请只发送一封电子邮件。如发现申请内容或电子邮件地址存在重复，我馆不会安排相关预约。

仅在以下情况下，才可通过电子邮件为多人申请预约：

1. 如为商务/工作签证，可通过申请人所在公司或机构的官方电子邮件账户发送预约申请（如果是团体申请，公司代表可发送一封包含多个申请人信息的电子邮件）。

2. 对于同一家庭有多名申请人(申请人配偶、父母和/或子女）持有 NUT 的情况，则可仅由其中一名持有 NUT 的家庭成员发送电子邮件，并附上多名申请人的信息。

补充信息

只有符合上述条件且在外交部规定的最大预约限额内的预约申请才会得到确认。

如果您没有收到确认电子邮件，这意味着您的申请没有成功，您必须再次尝试通过 MiConsulado 系统获取，或在总领事馆通过微信公众号（账号:多彩墨西哥或者搜索mexicocanton）和微博（@墨西哥驻广州总领事馆）发布新的特殊预约通知后通过电子邮件申请预约。

预约一经确认，其日期或时间都不可更改。如果您无法在预定日期和时间出席，则需要重新提出预约申请。

如果您的赴墨原因符合前述用字母a/b/c/d/e/i/j 列举的情况，且该原因发生在两次特殊预约开放时间之间，您可以破例立即发送电子邮件至 consultavisagun@sre.gob.mx，详细说明您的情况并附上证明文件。

与 f/g/h 项相应的出行原因相关的申请只能在特殊预约开放期间进行处理。

签证预约申请（无论通过MiConsulado 系统或以电子邮件方式获取）完全免费，且必须由本人提出。我馆不接受中介服务，除面试当日在馆内直接支付的费用外，我馆不会收取的任何附加费用。

墨西哥驻广州总领事馆仅为能够证明其居住地位于以下省份之一的申请人提供服务：广东省、福建省、江西省、湖南省、海南省以及广西壮族自治区。

其他省份或地区的居民应联系领区对应的使领馆（墨西哥驻北京大使馆或墨西哥驻上海总领事馆）。对于非中国公民，其居住地以其中国居留许可或签证签发地为准。

IMPORTANT NOTICE

As of November 26, 2024, a new procedure for requesting an appointment to obtain a visa to travel to Mexico will be into effect.

MiConsulado system (https://citas.sre.gob.mx ) will continue to operate as it has up to now. However, extraordinary monthly calls for appointments by e-mail will be announced.

The first call will be open on Friday, December 27, only from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., this Consulate General will receive on the e-mail: consultavisagun@sre.gob.mx extraordinary requests that, due to their special urgency, must be attended within a period of no more than 30 calendar days. Such requests must be related to:

a. Search and identification of missing persons;

b. Identification and recovery of human remains;

c. Assistance in cases of natural disasters;

d. Appearance in judicial proceedings in Mexico;

e. Medical care for the applicant, economic dependents, spouse, common-law spouse, common-law spouse or equivalent or first-degree relatives;

f. Academic reasons;

g. Family unit, which has a (NUT) issued by the Ministry of the Interior (SEGOB);

h. Job offers;

i. Governmental or institutional requests, with the purpose of strengthening relations with Mexico, fostering ties of international cooperation.

j. Any other reason that clearly justifies the urgency of scheduling an appointment within a period not exceeding 30 calendar days.

It’s important that, if you are in any of the situations listed above, before sending your e-mail, you request an appointment through the MiConsulado system. If you are unable to obtain an appointment through the platform, please send an email to the above address, with the following characteristics:

In the “Subject” field you should indicate the letter that is appropriate to your situation and your name. For example, if you need to travel to Mexico because of the death of a family member, you should indicate in the “Subject” field of your e-mail:

Subject: Appointment Request b LI, WEI

If you have a NUT, you must indicate in the subject line of your email:

Subject: Appointment Request h 10/07/2024 LI, WEI

(In the above example, the 10/07/2024 corresponds to the date of visa authorization by job offer or NUT. The following image highlights in yellow the information that we ask you to include in the Subject of your e-mail)

In the body of the e-mail you must send the following information (filled in English or Spanish, as text in the mail, NOT as an image or attachment):

In the email you must attach:

1. Copy of your passport, with at least 6 months of validity as of the date you plan to travel to Mexico

2. Screenshot of the impossibility of scheduling the appointment through the MiConsulado system, indicating the date of the most recent attempt to obtain it. An example is shown in the following image.

Proof of the urgency of obtaining an appointment within 30 calendar days from the date in which you send your e-mail.

Requests from intermediary agencies will not be processed. The process is personal, and each interested party must request an appointment by him/herself. Please send only one e-mail per request. In those cases, in which duplicity of requests or e-mail addresses are detected, no appointment will be scheduled.

Only in the following cases will it be possible to request an appointment for more than one person by e-mail:

1. In the case of business travel / work visas, the appointment request may be sent from an official e-mail account of the company or institution where the applicants work (in the case of groups, a company representative may send a single e-mail with the information of several applicants).

2. If there is more than one applicant per family (spouse, parents and/or children of the applicant) who have a NUT, the e-mail should be sent from the account of only one family member with NUT, with the information of several applicants.

Additional information

Only those appointment requests that comply with the above indications and that are within the maximum quota of appointments, established by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will be confirmed.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, it means that your request was not successful and you must try again to obtain it through the MiConsulado system, or by email once the Consulate General announces through Weixin (mexicocanton) and Weibo (@墨西哥驻广州总领事馆) a new call to schedule extraordinary appointments.

Once appointments are confirmed, there will be no change of date or time. If you are unable to attend on the scheduled date and time, you will need to make a new request.

If your reason for travel falls under a previously outlined situation with the letter a/b/c/d/d/e/i/j, and the reason arises in the period between two extraordinary appointments, you may exceptionally send an e-mail at any time to consultavisagun@sre.gob.mx, explaining your situation in detail and attaching the supporting documentation.

Requests related to travel reasons corresponding to items f/g/h will only be processed during the periods of time in which the calls for extraordinary appointments are open.

The interview appointment request (either through the MiConsulado system or by e-mail) is completely free of charge and must be made in person. Do not accept intermediaries or incur additional payments.

The Consulate General of Mexico in Guangzhou only serves applicants who can prove that their place of residence is in one of the following provinces: Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan and Hainan, as well as the Guangxi-Zhuang Autonomous Region.

Residents of other provinces or regions should contact their corresponding office (Mexican Embassy in Beijing or Consulate General of Mexico in Shanghai). For non-Chinese nationals, residency is verified by the place of issuance of the Chinese residence permit or visa.
