Scenario Mode:Total of 7 scenario modes. When the
appliance is in operation, press this button to switch between
different scenario modes. Two consecutive vibration pulses will
be felt and the display will show the corresponding mode of
“M1 to M7” accordingly once the mode is successfully changed.
Vibration Mode:Total of 4 vibration modes. When the
appliance is in operation, press this button to switch between
different vibration modes and turn off the Virbration.
Display Screen:Shows the selected scenario mode in
operation.
Water Level Window:To show water level indicator line for
water injection.
Indicator light: When the appliance is working normally, this
light slowly flashes like breathing. It turns to Blue when the
appliance is running in Cool mode and turns to Orange when
the appliance is in Warm mode.

Headband: Used to hold the Eye Mask in place and prevent

Silicone Water Bag: A silicone, water circulating sleeve with the
Eye Mask that directly contacts with skin. (Remark 3)

Press to turn the appliance ON or OFF. The
display screen shows ON and gives two
consecutive pulses to indicate the
appliance is successfully turned on.

Preparation before use – Filling the Silicone Water Bag
Step 1 Set the eye mask upright with the Fill Hole side up on
top.

Please insert the Injector to the Fill Hole, then press the
plunger to inject the water (approximately 100ml of
water) into the Silicone Water Bag.
Plug the Water Plug back to the Fill Hole and wipe off any
residual water on the eye mask to prevent water
penetrating into the appliance or charging port and
causing malfunction.
Remark 4: Hold the eye mask casing firmly when
filling, and avoid squeezing the Silicone Water Bag
to prevent overflowing. This can cause the appliance
to stop working due to insufficient water.

while (about a week or so), causing abnormal sound or abnormal

Connect the Power Cord to the Power Adaptor and the
Charging Port of the appliance.

Preparation before use- Connect to power source
Please ensure the Pin Plug is securely inserted and
fastened with the Adaptor. Otherwise, the Adaptor will not
charge the appliance.
Remark 5:
The appliance can be operated while connected to
the Adaptor. Please unplug the Adaptor from power
outlet when the appliance is not in use.

Hold the appliance straight up with the Fill Hole facing
downward. (Important Note)
Remove the Water Plug, let the water naturally discharge
from the Fill Hole or use the Injector to suck out the
water. Please do not squeeze the Water Bag with force to
avoid damaging the silicone or internal parts of the
appliance.
Plug in the Water Plug and wipe the excessive water on
eye mask to avoid water penetrating into the appliance
and causing malfunction.

Adjust the Headband to an optimal tightness so the
appliance may keep comfortable contact with the skin.
The Headband might skewed upward around 45 degree
is absolutely normal. (Remark 8)
Press the Power Button and wait till the display screen
shows ‘ON’, then select one of the Scenario modes
and Vibration modes with the corresponding buttons.

Wear the appliance over your eyes. Adjust the Headband
to an optimal tightness so the appliance keeps comfortable contact with the skin.
The Headband might skew upward around 45 degrees
and this is absolutely normal. It is suggested to avoid
contact with the eyeball and keep eyes naturally closed
when wearing the Eye Mask.
Over-tightened Headband may cause discomfort to the
eyes and leave marks on the face.

The appliance is recommended to be used in an environment at normal room temperature. Excessive heat or
cold environments may cause this product to operate
ineffectively.

Do not use paint thinner, benzene, or nail polish remover. Using
these may damage the appliance/cloth, cause cracks or partial
discoloration.
Do not use abrasive cloth or abrasive tools to clean the
Headband.
Please ensure the appliance is switched off and disconnected

Please clean the appliance after use to avoid any oil or residue
deposited on the appliance.
Please use a water dampened cloth to clean Eye Mask, Silicone
Water Bag and Headband. Please wring out the excessive
amounts of water to avoid water penetrating into the appliance
and causing malfunction.
You may use a little mild alcohol as an aid in cleaning.

The following people must consult with professional medical care
before using the appliance:

Persons who cannot sense heat.
Persons suffering from head or eye after-effects due to traffic
accidents, etc.
Persons with strong myopia (over-6D). (To check whether you have
strong myopia, consult your doctor or check the description on the
contact lens package.)
Persons who suffer from or have suffered from eye diseases.
(cataract, glaucoma, detached retina, floaters, etc.)
Persons who have undergone eye surgery. (persons who have
recently undergone laser eye surgery should consult with their
doctor before using the appliance.)
When your skin is injured or you have eczema or a swelling around
your eyes.
Do not soak the appliance or the Power Adapter into water or
directly wash with water.
Do not modify or repair the appliance.
Do not engage in any other activities immediately after using the
appliance (especially driving).
Do not add foreign material like detergent or essential oil.
Be sure to remove contact lenses before using the appliance.
Disconnect the Power Adapter or the Adapter Plug by holding
onto the Power Adapter or Adapter Plug instead of the Power
Cord.

Failure to follow any of the following rules may lead to
damage or injury, the user must know the following
facts:
Over-use can be harmful to your eyes.
Recommended usage for this appliance for first time users is 2 to 3
times weekly, waiting at least 24 hours between usages. After one
month, users can gradually use this appliance once daily (we
suggest to use it after washing your face and before sleep.) Please
observe your skin conditions and adjust the number of usages and
duration of usage.
It is recommended to use the M1 Vitality mode and M2 Relax mode
when first use this appliance.
It is recommended to use the default vibration mode when first use
this appliance.
If eye drops are applied to your eyes, user should wait for several
minutes before using the appliance.
Do not use the appliance while using any facial skin care solution,
face mask or eye mask. Doing so may cause possible chemical
reaction with the skin care appliance, and due to the temperature,
causing pain to your eyes.
If you feel your eyes, or the area around your eyes, is becoming too
hot or too cold, please stop using the appliance immediately.
If there is any problem with your skin or eyes during usage, please
stop using the appliance immediately and consult with your doctor.
Remove false eyelashes, contact lenses, and any other decoration
around your eyes before using the appliance.
During usage, your eyes may feel warm and may become red. This
does not mean your eyes have a problem. If symptoms continue
and are not relieved, please consult your doctor.
After using the appliance, you should close your eyes for 3-5
minutes to extend the benefits of hot compress. If you have
temporary blurred vision when opening your eyes, this does not
mean your eyes have a problem. This is due to over-tightening
Headband or inflated Silicone Water Bag caused by evaporation of
water inside . Please try to loosen the Headband or follow pressure
release process (Please refer to “Troubleshooting”).
If the Headband is too tight around your head, your face may have
“pressed” marks after using the appliance. If symptoms continue
and are not relieved, please consult with your dermatologist.
Do not sleep while wearing the appliance.

We suggest using pure water or distilled water because water
quality will affect the appliance lifespan.
The following types of water contain high amount of minerals and
impurities, therefore we do NOT recommend using: Tap water,
mineral water, hot spring water, underground water, acidic water
and alkaline water, boiled water.
We suggest to emptying the Silicone Water Bag every time after
using it to prevent the Silicone Water Bag from becoming moldy
and stinky.
If you are not using the appliance for a long-term (few weeks or

Warranty
In-Trust guarantees its products for a period of one year after the date of
purchase. If any defect due to faulty materials and workmanship occurs within
this one year warranty period, In-Trust will repair or replace the product at its
expense.
In-Trust will only pay for repair or replacement if convincing proof is provided,
for instance by means of a receipt, that the day on which service is claimed is
within the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover products and/or product parts that are subject to
wear, that can be considered as consumable parts by their nature.
Batteries are considered as consumable parts and only entitled to a 6-month
warranty from date of purchase.

product cannot be treated with warranty, and repair will require billing if:

水位參考圖片:可以使用手機手電筒功能緊貼眼
罩側邊確認水位。
請確認轉接頭與電源變壓器密合,以避
免電源無法正常供電。

性溶劑。否則可能損壞本產品,甚或造成局部的
龜裂與退色。

本產品使用後應清潔,避免油脂及其它殘餘物的

請用浸濕的布輕輕擦拭機身、矽膠眼罩和鬆緊帶

皮膚不具感知熱能力者 。
因交通事故等而存在頭部或眼部後遺症者。
高度近視者(屈光度超過 -6D (為確認您是否屬
於高度近視,請向醫生諮詢或自行核對隱形眼鏡
包裝上的說明。)
患有或曾患有眼部疾病(白內障、青光眼、視網
膜剝離)者。
有過眼部疾患治療史者(最近接受過激光眼科手
術者在使用本產品之前,應向醫務人員諮詢)。
眼部皮膚有傷口、濕疹或腫脹時 。
請勿將機身和電源變壓器浸入水中或用水清洗。
請勿改裝或維修。
請勿於產品使用後,立即進行任何其他活動 (尤
其是開車)。
請勿在水中摻入任何其他物質,例如清潔液、精
油等。
使用本產品前,建議先將隱形眼鏡取下。
應握住變壓器或電源線插頭將它們斷開,而不要
握住電源線。

使用須知 任何以下不遵循本規範的使用方式或不依
照本使用須知都可能造成傷害,使用者應
知悉相關規定。
過度使用將可能對眼睛造成傷害。
通常,第一次使用者應將每週使用的次數控制在
每週2-3次,且時間間隔不得短於24小時。使用
1個月過後,可進階到每天1次的大致標準(並建
議在睡前洗完臉後使用)。請檢查自己的皮膚狀
況,然後適當調整使用次數和每次使用的時間。
建議在剛開始使用本產品階段時採用M1-活力模
式和M2-放鬆模式。
建議在剛開始使用本產品階段時採用初始的震動
模式。
使用眼藥水時,應等待一段時間再使用本產品。
建議勿將本產品與保養敷臉用之保養液、面膜或
眼膜一併使用,以免因溫度造成保養品的化學反
應而使眼部受傷。
如果感覺眼部或眼部周圍過熱,請立即停止使用
本產品。
如果在使用過程中皮膚或眼睛出現任何問題,請
立即停止使用本產品並向醫師諮詢。
使用本產品後,您的雙眼變得暖熱並可能短時間
變紅,這並不表示眼睛產生問題。如果這種狀況
持續得不到緩解,請向眼科醫生諮詢。
使用本產品後,應閉眼3-5分鐘,以確保熱敷效
果延續。若雙眼剛睜開時有視力模糊情況,這並
不表示眼睛產生問題。這可能是鬆緊帶過緊或水
袋因水分揮發而膨脹所導致,可嘗試將鬆緊帶放
鬆或實行放氣動作。所以不建議在行進中或開車
前使用。如果這種狀況持續得不到緩解,請向眼
科醫生諮詢。
使用本產品時,若鬆緊帶調整過緊,會在您的臉
上留下一道壓痕,這並不表示產生問題。如果這
種狀況持續得不到緩解,請向皮膚科醫生諮詢。

使用須知 請勿佩戴著本產品入睡。
建議使用純水或蒸餾水。由於水質不同,可能會
縮短本產品使用壽命,所以建議您使用純水或蒸
餾水。
下列類型的水含有較高的礦物質或雜質,因此不
建議使用:自來水,礦泉水,溫泉水,地下水,
酸性水,離子鹼性水,煮沸過的水。
建議每次使用完產品後,將矽膠水袋內的水份排
出,否則可能會產生水垢、異味或發霉。
長期不使用產品時 (幾週或更長時間),應將矽膠
水袋內的水份排出,否則可能會產生水垢、異味

電池為消耗性零件只享有從購買日起6個月的保
固服務。
屬下列情況之一者,即使在保固期內,也不能以
保固對待,需要收費處理:
未按商品使用說明書要求使用、維護、保管
而造成損壞。
因不正確操作、電源不正確或破損(如摔落等)
而造成損壞。
沒有經過 In-Trust 認定的維修店維修人員拆
除而造成損壞。
不能出示有效購買證明。

等造成損壞。
本保固服務只適用於產品於個人消費行為使用,
非於商業行為使用。
