Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for liaising with and maintaining daily relations with clients from Mexico and South American countries.

2. Lead the research, development, liaison, and daily maintenance of all upstream payment channels in Mexico and South American countries.

3. Responsible for translation and liaison work related to Spanish language affairs.

4. Undertake payment-related operational tasks, optimize operational processes, and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

5. Develop and maintain other necessary resources in target countries.

 

Requirements:

1. Possessing more than 1 year of experience in the internet industry (experience in overseas payment industry preferred), under 30 years of age, and capable of communicating in Spanish and English for work purposes.

2. Possess good communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively manage multiple projects and drive cross-departmental cooperation.

3. Enthusiastic about learning, responsible, self-driven, empathetic, and adept at empathetic thinking.
