Fully responsible for the market development, sales and after sales activities of the company's automation equipment in North American,
Specifically summarized as following:
1.Be responsible for proposing the company's sales strategy in the North American market and clarifying the laws and regulations of the region or industry where the project is located;
2.Collect the market and industry information of automation equipment in North America, and analyze the market and industry trends;
3.Be responsible for collecting customer needs, arranging the company's exhibitions in North America, visiting local customers, maintaining customer relations, and conducting close communication with North American customers and Shanghai Quanstar company;
4.Be responsible for technical coordination and evaluation related to North American customer projects, and cooperate with technical personnel to conduct pre-sales technical consultation;
5.Be responsible for project bidding, commercial negotiation and contract signing in North America;
6.Be responsible for daily communication of the projects, project milestone control and after-sales technical support and coordination of projects concluded in North America;
7.Be responsible for tracking the payment collection of the North American project, and ensure that each payment is collected within the time specified in the contract;
8.Be responsible for connecting with local government departments and maintaining good communication with relevant departments;
9.Support the North American team setting up, recruiting and cultivating, and assist in trade-related matters;

Requirement:
1.American nationality, wide range of social activities and permanent residence in Texas is preferred
2.Successful experience in market development of large automobile companies (such as Tesla, Ford, Rivian, Fisker, Nikola)\
3. Familiar with automation, machinery, electronics, electrical, intelligence, automotive and other related industries market, need have basic technical knowledge.
4.Familiar with local policies, have the ability to handle public relations, (for example: office of Secretary of State, State Department of Taxation and Finance, State Labor Department, Customs, etc.)
5.Conscientious, enthusiastic, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and expression skills, proficient in English, Chinese is preferred.
