Overall Purpose of the Role
1. Undertake projects assigned by EAO general manager or BG/BU.
2. Planning, organizing, leading and controlling of manufacturing projects.
3. Budget preparation, submission for approval and use control of manufacturing projects.
4. Monitor the project progress, control and reporting.
5. Solve issues that arise.
6. Cross function resources communication and coordination.




Major Responsibilities
1. Be fully responsible for the projects assigned by the EAO GM or BG/BU.
2. End to end management of manufacturing projects. 
3. Internal and external project progress reporting.
4. Cross functional communication, coordination and problem solving
5. Project budget planning and use control.
6. Evaluation and control of project performance

Education and Experiences
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in College of Science and Engineering or relevant major.
2. 7 years plus Project Management experiences, both Server Assembly and PCBA.


Skills and Attributes
1. Clear communication skills and fluent English.
2. Understand the process, manufacturing and management of Server assembly and PCBA.
3. Have the ability of project leading, planning, organization and control.
4. Accountability and Adaptability.
5. Understand the project budgeting and process 
6. Have the ability of problem solving and stress management.
7. Understanding engineering, scientific and other technical information
8. Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
9. Planning and prioritizing activities
10. Understanding of Health and Safety practices
