负责墨西哥公司本地供方开发与布局、原材料供应保障、原材料成本控制等工作。

1.供方开发与布局

负责墨西哥公司美洲本土供应商拓源、开发与管理；

负责墨西哥公司本地化供方布局的调整、改善与赋能；

2.原材料供应保障

负责墨西哥公司本地化材料的开发与订单履行工作；

3.原材料成本控制

负责墨西哥公司本地化材料的成本模型建设与成本控制工作；

2. 有供货商资源，涉及家具木材五金包装的供应商资源的优先。核心关注人选在供应商开发的能力和现有资源的丰富程度。
