3. Managing the payroll
4. Developing and ensuring compliance with headquarter policies and procedures
5. Employee relations management
6. Overseeing the office management/government relationships affairs
7. Responsible for administration function, including canteen, transportation, accommodation, etc.
8. Leading the HR and Administration department
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. At least 5 years’ experience in HR and administration role
3. Excellent English written and verbal communication
4. Strategic thinking ability
5. Proven ability to multitask
6. Good communication skills
