岗位职责

1、监控日常业务中各项业务流程规范;

岗位职责

研发工艺负责人主要职责:

1. 研发体系建立:负责墨西哥产品研发体系搭建,产品开发技术能力培养

3. 产品结构研究:负责组织美式结构、本地化结构、本地化物料研究

任职要求:

4. 熟悉产品开发的质量管理工具、项目管理工具、产品结构设计标准、开发的管理体系流程、基础财务管理和人员管理工具,撑握产品从立项到上市的产品开发流程,从战略到业务发展目标的业务工作分解能力,精通从业务发展目标到部门规划、项目规划和制定。

Research and Development Process LeaderResponsibilities:

1. Establishment of the R&D system: Responsible for the establishment of the Mexican product R&D system and the training of product development technical capabilities;
