岗位职责:
1、通过电话+拜访等形式让广大外贸企业注册并使用"XTransfer"跨境支付产品,为外贸企业提供跨境支付解决方案;
2、与意向客户保持沟通,维护好客户关系,并完成转化;
3、对客户进行运营及管理,提高用户体验,打造标杆客户,提高公司在区域的品牌影响力。
任职要求:
1、全日制统招本科学历以上,有电销/面销经验,能接受多种销售模式,有自主开发经验及ToB销售经验优先;
2、过往业绩在公司排TOP30%,互联网/软件/金融/外贸等行业相关销售经验优先;
3、有永居身份或者当地能说中文的华人最佳,其次有印尼外派经验,了解印尼市场,有中文、英语沟通能力;
4、具备良好的沟通能力、抗压能力和团队合作精神。

Job Responsibilities:
Promote XTransfer's cross-border payment solutions to foreign trade enterprises through cold calling and field visits, driving product adoption.
Maintain communication with potential clients, nurture relationships, and achieve conversion targets.
Manage client accounts, enhance user experience, develop benchmark customers, and strengthen regional brand influence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above (full-time program required). Experience in telemarketing/field sales with adaptability to diverse sales models. Self-sourcing and B2B sales experience preferred.
Top 30% performer in previous roles. Sales experience in internet/software/finance/foreign trade industries is a plus.
Ideal candidate: Chinese-speaking local resident/permanent holder. Alternatively: Experience working in Indonesia with understanding of local market. Proficiency in Chinese and English required.
Strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, and team collaboration spirit.
