Key Responsibilities:
1.Execute purchase orders and contracts promptly based on approved requisitions.
2.Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery in line with the production schedule.
3.Communicate and resolve material quality issues, including handling returns and replacements.
4.Prepare procurement payment plans and coordinate with finance for timely and accurate payments.
5.Reconcile material receipts and invoices, track supplier billing, and ensure proper financial documentation.
6.Monitor material delivery timelines to align with project milestones and production readiness.
Qualifications:
1.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in procurement or supplier development in the power industry preferred.
Knowledge of electrical manufacturing materials, supplier resources, and industry pricing.
2.Familiar with manufacturing processes and technical material requirements.
3.Strong skills in communication, coordination, and pressure management.
4.Familiarity with Chinese enterprise work culture and communication styles is a strong plus.
5.Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
