As I have stated previously, the RNE Program was an existing Amnesty Program in Ley de Migracion...Mexico made a few changes during Covid to this program to allow citizens of other countries stuck here and unable to go back to their country to apply for residency and implemented it in 2020. They are now reverting back to the original Ley de Migracion rule. This "RNE Amnesty Program" would be publicized every 3 to 5 years for
